All Natural Pasta

As the name implies, we're pasta-centric. You can watch us mix, roll, and cut our pasta right on site. Our pasta is made with ingredients like Semolina, Whole Wheat Flour, natural herbs and seasonings, Grade AA Eggs, and quality Vermont cheese. We never use preservatives or conditioners.

If you have never had fresh pasta, it's time. You might get as excited about pasta as us!
